Escape Planet

The first book in a YA science fiction trilogy set in a space opera future. Manuscript is completed and currently being pitched to publishers.

The Swarm is spreading to kill the planet, and they only have four days to get back to their homeworld alive.

The desert planet Haftala is not the most hospitable in the solar system, but the lone city of Zar has fared well against the monsters and sandstorms. An announcement of a planet-killer disrupts the peace as its citizens are given only a few days to reach the evacuation ships. The catch? Only those who find the clues to the ships' location will be deemed worthy enough to get off the planet alive. And some are willing to do whatever it takes to allow only the elite a safe passage back to the homeworld.
